How long is a ski lease? |

A:
Ski leases typically range from four (4) to five (5) months
depending on availability. Ski leases will normally start in
December or January and end in May>

Who pays for the utilities? |
|
| |
A:
The tenant pays for telephone, cable TV, Internet and trash
service prior to the start of the lease. The tenant also pays
for the electricity, gas and snow removal service and spa service
(if applicable)..

Do I need a security deposit for a ski lease? |
|
| |
A:
Yes. The security deposit is the amount of three (3) months'
rent. The security deposit will be refunded back at the end
of the lease, pending any required cleaning or damages to the
property. There is a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 for checking
and sanitizing the property after a ski lease group moves out. |

When do I pay for the ski lease? |

A: Deposit
is required in full at the time of application. First month's
rent and utilities are due at the start of the Lease. Spa
and snow removal service for the term of the Lease are also
due at the start of the Lease.

Do you run a credit and background check? |

A: Yes.
The cost is $30.00 per applicant over age 18. We require an
application on all ski lease tenants prior to signing the
Lease contract.
