How long is a ski lease? |

A: Ski
leases vary from four(4) to five (5) months depending on
availability. Ski leases will normally start in December
or January and end in May>

What about the utilities? |

A:
The tenant pays for telephone, cable TV and trash service prior
to the start of the lease. The tenant also pays for the electricity,
gas and snow removal service.

Do I need a security deposit for a ski lease? |

| |
A:
Yes. The security deposit is the amount of two (2) months' rent.
The security deposit will be refunded back at the end of the
lease, pending any damages to the property. |

A: All
ski leases are paid in full 30 days prior to the start date.

Do you do a credit check? |

A: Yes. The cost is $25.00. We screen all ski lease tenants
prior to signing the lease contract. |
