When do you charge my credit card?

A:Your
credit card is charged once we have your signed rental
agreement faxed back to our office.

What dates are considered to be “holiday”? |
|

A: Holiday dates
are July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin
Luther King Jr. (Jan), President’s Weekend (FEB). These
holiday times have a minimum stay requirement.

How does the cleaning work? |

| |
A: You
are charged a one time cleaning fee included in the rental.
The cleaning is only done upon your departure. We do not
offer daily cleaning service, so please plan accordingly. |

Is the house I’m renting fully stocked with linens,
etc.? |

A: The majority of our rental houses have linens provided.
Please note that if you have reserved a house that does
not have linens, you will need to bring them with you |

Do you have non-smoking houses? |

| |
A: Yes. All of our rental houses are non-smoking. Please respect
the homeowner’s property and not smoke in any of
our houses. |

Can I bring my pets with me? |

A: Yes. Only if you have reserved a house that does allow
pets. Please do not bring pets into a house that doesn’t
allow them. This could result in the loss of your security
deposit.
