Frequently Asked Questions

     
  Q. When do you charge my credit card?
 
  A: Your credit card is charged once we have confirmed property availability with our owner and we have your signed Rental Agreement and Guest Agreement faxed or emailed back to our office.
 
 
 
  Q. What dates are considered to be “holiday”?  
  A: Holiday time periods are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King Jr. (Jan), President’s Weekend (FEB). These holiday times have a minimum stay requirement and may be rented at a higher nightly rental rate.
 
 
 
  Q. How does the cleaning work?  
  A: You are charged a one time cleaning fee included in the rental. The cleaning is only done upon your departure. We do not offer daily cleaning service, so please plan accordingly.  
     
  Q. Is the house I’m renting fully stocked with linens, etc.?  
 

A: The majority of our rental houses have linens provided. Please note that if you have reserved a house that does not have linens, as you will need to bring them with you.

 
     
  Q. Do you have non-smoking houses?  
 

A: Yes. All of our rental houses are non-smoking. Please respect the homeowner’s property and not smoke in any of our houses.

 
     
  Q. Can I bring my pets with me?  
 

A: Many of our homes do allow pets. Please bring your pet only if you have reserved a house that does allow pets. Please do not bring pets into a house that doesn’t allow them. This could result in additional charges for your stay.
