This house is located in a quiet neighborhood about 2 miles from the popular downtown Kings Beach area. Keep your car from the elements in the two car garage and don’t worry about keeping up with keys with the keyless door entry.

From the main entry area, travel up the stairs and the home opens up to a formal dining room with plush seating for six. Get ready to fall in love as you make your way into the large living area complete with floor to ceiling views, a large TV with streaming capabilities (no cable) and a warm wood stove. Whether you prefer to curl up with a book in the modern retro chair next to the fireplace or sprawl on the overstuffed couch to stream your favorite shows, you can find your very own slice of bliss. Sleeper sofa available for overflow sleeping as well.

When your stomach starts calling just head on into the galley style kitchen to find all new stainless-steel appliances and thoughtfully placed kitchenware to make cooking a breeze. Enjoy those morning gatherings in the breakfast nook to soak up the morning sun and sip your morning brew.

After a fun day at the lake or skiing the slopes, retire to the master suite on the upper floor. Fall fast asleep on this Cal-King pillow-top mattress with premium bedding or catch up on the day via the big, flat screen. There’s plenty of room for your belongings and oversized room in the walk-in closet. The master bath boasts his and her sinks and a gorgeously remodeled shower with rain shower head. There’s also private access to the back deck from this room.

On the downstairs floor you’ll find the three additional sleeping areas, laundry and another full bath. The first bedroom off the entry has another Cal-King mattress and bright interior features. The third bedroom is decked out with two sets of white wooden twin bunk beds and great views. The end of the hall holds the bathroom with bathtub and a 4th sleeping area. The bonus 4th “bedroom” could be a great place for the kiddos to catch a show of their own. It also has a futon for an extra guest to sleep on. This is also where the laundry area and access to the garage may be found.

Beds for up to 11 but, please limit to 10 adults at most due to Placer County restrictions. Please, no smoking and no pets allowed.
