VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)

BOOKING FEE: $100.00 


GAS, TRASH & ELECTRICITY: Tenant pays trash, gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.

BASIC EXTENDED CABLE, LOCAL PHONE & INTERNET: None currently at property. Tenant may secure these non-essential utilities directly with provider.

PETS: This home is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely no pets allowed!

SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building
