The property backs up to forest land with small creek.  Plenty of parking in the U-shaped driveway. Home has a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, large deck out back, 2 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs and a large, split room loft with a 1/2 bath between the bedrooms.

Central location with easy access to many north and west shore ski hills!

RENT:
$2,000/month for a 6-6.5 month lease

ONE TIME CHARGES:
VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)
SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE: ESTIMATED @ $825 for the term (estimate based on last season)
UTILITY TRANSFER FEES: At the end of the lease $25 for gas and $25 for electricity will be deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of restoring service in the owner’s name
BOOKING FEE: $100
