With access from inside or outside the home, this is a great year-round storage space for kayaks, patio furniture and those Christmas nick-knacks that only get pulled out once a year.

Home is currently furnished and the owner is open to leaving some items upon request but, otherwise intends to remove everything by September 1st ahead of move-in.

 

TERM: 12 MONTH term with option to renew (September 1, 2019 – August 31, 2020) 

RENT:  $2,550 month ($150 monthly discount if you sign up to pay rent automatically which would make the monthly rent just $2,400)

DEPOSIT: Equivalent to 2 months rent (deposit + 1st month’s rent due at lease signing)

PET POLICY: Pets considered. Limit 2.

SMOKING POLICY: Absolutely No smoking

UTILITIES:  Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and trash and non-essentials utilities

SNOW REMOVAL:  Tenant is responsible for all snow removal (decks, walkways, driveway)
