OPTION #1Pay the full term of the ski lease upfront (rent, utilities, security deposit insurance fee, snow removal, etc.) and a deposit equivalent to one months’ rent or slightly more depending on credit and approval of owner

OPTION #2 – Pay rent and utilities monthly, snow removal & security deposit insurance upfront and a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent.



SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE: Tenant to handle snow removal (driveway, walkways, deck, etc)

BOOKING FEE: $100.00

VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)

UTILITY TRANSFER FEES: $50.00 (gas & electric)



Tenant pays gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.

INTERNET: Tenant to reimburse Owner for services. Estimated monthly cost is $80.00

TRASH: Tenant to reimburse Owner for services. Monthly cost for a single can rate is $20.00 per month.

CABLE:  None currently. If Tenant wishes to have the service installed ahead of move-in Agent should be notified 2 weeks prior to move-in. Expense goes to Tenant.

HOUSEKEEPING: Bi-weekly  housekeeping required. $100/month.



PETS: This home is NOT pet friendly.
