Home also boasts a peek-a-view of the lake and is only a short walk to Carnelian West or Patton Beach and is close to the shops and restaurants of Carnelian Bay. 

We hope you enjoy the lake, the snow and the serenity of our town and not just the indoors. Home sleeps up to 4 guests depending on the type of group (see below). There is a queen bed in the rear bedroom and a trundle bed with two twins in the front bedroom.

$2,000/month with a 6+ month lease

TERM: Available as early as 10 October 2019 through 31 May 2020 (4 month minimum for Traditional groups, 6 month minimum for Full-Time groups)


OPTION #1Pay the full term of the ski lease upfront (rent, utilities, security deposit insurance fee, snow removal, etc.) and a deposit equivalent to one months’ rent or slightly more depending on credit and approval of owner

OPTION #2 – Pay rent and utilities monthly, snow removal & security deposit insurance upfront and a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent.

OCCUPANCY: Up to 4 “Traditional” Ski leasers   – OR –  Up to  3 “Full-Time” Ski Leasers 



SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE: $650 for the season (estimated cost based on last season’s pricing).   ***Service may be optional, see Agent


VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)


GAS & ELECTRICITY: Tenant pays gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.

INTERNET (NO CABLE): $75/month

UTILITIES FEES:  Tenant pays transfer fees for gas and electricity at term of tenancy ($25/each)

TRASH: $25/month (one can per week)

WATER/SEWER: $85/month 


PETS:  Pets negotiable. Limit one. See Agent for any fees and other restrictions.

SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building
