Kingswood Village Condo in upper Kings Beach! Complex is approximately one mile to downtown Kings Beach, the state park, shopping, restaurants and more! About 6 miles to the base of Northstar or 2 miles to the North Shore’s casinos.

Home has sleeping accommodations for up to 8 ski lease guests. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a loft area. There is a full kitchen with all the basic appliances and a breakfast bar. The two bedrooms are both housed on the main entry level. Both have King Beds. The end suite room also has a flat screen TV and access to a private balcony. There is a shared bathroom in the downstairs hallway with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are also located downstairs in the hallway.

The upper level showcases an open layout with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is a galley style kitchen and has a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, electric range and full-sized fridge with top freezer. The living room has a fireplace, access to a deck with grill, flat screen TV with cable and a sleeper sofa pull out.

Off the living area there’s another “den” space with a full sleeper sofa as well as another full bathroom.

On the top floor you’ll find 2 twin bunk beds in the loft which overlooks the living space below.

Community amenities feature a club house with full kitchen as well as the exercise room.

OCCUPANCY:  Up to 10 “Traditional” Ski Lease tenants or 4-5 “Full Time” ski leasers

VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)
