SECURITY DEPOSIT:

OPTION #1Pay the full term of the ski lease upfront (rent, utilities, security deposit insurance fee, snow removal, etc.) and a deposit equivalent to one months’ rent or slightly more depending on credit and approval of owner

OPTION #2 – Pay rent and utilities monthly, snow removal & security deposit insurance upfront and a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent.

 

ONE TIME EXPENSES

SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE:   Driveway service is included (11/01/19 – 04/15/20) but tenant is responsible to clear decks, gas meters, walkways (either by handling or hiring a service)

VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)

BOOKING FEE: $150.00

 

UTILITIES

GAS & ELECTRICITY: Tenant pays gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.

CABLE & INTERNET AVAILABLE: May be set up by tenant at tenant’s expense (nothing there currently)

TRASH: $20/month (1 can per week) or $25/month (2 cans per week)

UTILITY TRANSFER FEES: $50 total for gas and electric at term of lease (deducted from deposit)
