When you first enter the home you will find a spacious entry with plenty of room for coats and boots. Enter the living room and experience natural lighting from the large picture windows facing the pine tree lined street, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, engineered wood flooring and all new furnishings including a new flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.

There is an open dining area off the living room with a dining table for 6 guests plus 2 more when you add the leaf addition. At the kitchen breakfast bar there is also stool seating for 2 more guests.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped! It has a beautiful tile back-splash and cement counter tops on the perimeter counters and a large granite topped island with additional sink and pendant lighting in the middle of the room. There is a built in oven and microwave, large capacity French door refrigerator with bottom freezer, dishwasher and disposal for your use as well.

There are four private bedrooms in this home as well as a loft sleeping area overlooking the living room. The first two bedrooms are both located downstairs on the main floor. The first bedroom has a full/double bed and the second has two Pyramid bunks each with a full/double on bottom and a twin up-top. These two bedrooms share the adjacent hallway full bathroom that has granite counter tops and two sinks and a extra large walk-in shower.

The stairs from the living room lead up to the loft area. This space is great for reading or for those who have a little work to do even though they are on vacation. There is a small writing desk and lounge chair as well as trundle bed that pulls out to 2 twins. Off of the loft there is another full bathroom in the hallway.

The third bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed.  The fourth and final bedroom is the master suite upstairs. It houses a queen bed and has another en-suite full bathroom with high end touches.

The house also has a large L-shaped wrap-around deck as well as a 2 car garage. The lower floor of the property also has a dedicated laundry room with new front loading high efficiency washing machine and clothes dryer.

Home comfortably sleeps 10-12 guests. Please no smoking and no pets allowed on property!
