  • Included in the monthly rate for this home are the rent, electricity, gas, driveway snowplow services, bi-weekly spa services and a dump & scrub at termination, pre-inspection booking fee, CSA Damage Plan coverage, high speed internet, cable television, water/sewer and trash pickup of two (2) cans per week. 
    • Balance for the term + $3,500 deposit are due in advance 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• $3,000 refundable deposit
• Payment for the entire term is due at the time of booking

UTILITIES

• Reasonable utility usage included in the price.
• Extra/optional spa services billed to tenant. Included in the rate are 2 services each month and a final dump and scrub at move out.
• Mid-stay housekeeping services available upon request for a fee.
•  Trash pickup is for two (2) cans per week. Trash overages will be billed to security deposit.

OTHER TERMS

PETS:                               Pets may be considered. See agent for fees and restrictions. 

SMOKING:                    No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building

INSURANCE:                Additional $55 for CSA Damage Plan added to the monthly cost.  Travel Insurance is also offered. See

CLEANING:                  Cleaning fee is an estimated amount only and is included in the quote. Mid stay cleans may be added at Tenant’s expense (optional). End of term cleaning will be billed by the hour at $45/hour for however many hours the cleaning requires that go beyond the initial estimated cleaning fee paid when booked.

This West Shore charmer has 3 bedrooms and 2 recently updated bathrooms plus a large deck and NEW private hot tub!

Enjoy king beds in both of the upstairs bedrooms and patio access directly to the hot tub in the downstairs bedroom that has a full/double bed. Home features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy wood stove, wireless high speed internet, expanded cable on the 2 TVs including the new, HDMI TV in the living room.  There is also a sleeper sofa pullout and a single twin bed in the living room for some overflow sleeping. Sleeps up to 8 adults.

There is also a large deck overlooking forested landscape which has a private hot tub. Washer & dryer in lower bathroom too. Pets are negotiable (see Agent for specifics and restrictions). Plenty of parking for 4-6 vehicles.
