Brand new, modern cabin that abuts state-owned conservancy land which allows for additional space and great forest views. This custom crafted abode features three spacious bedrooms and two and half modern and clean bathrooms. The upper level is designed for family living with an open kitchen and living area boasting vaulted ceilings with Alder tongue & groove ceiling, a dramatic floor-to-ceiling ledge-stone gas fireplace with mounted 46″ LED TV with wireless streaming capabilities from the device of your choice. The designer kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of storage and is well-stocked with dishware and appliance you’d enjoy for a comfortable vacation. There’s also a breakfast bar and separate dining area which overlooks the tranquil back yard. Off the living space is a nice deck where you can enjoy a warm summer night.
The master bedroom is also on the upper level, has a King Bed, flat screen television with streaming capabilities, two closets and access to a private and sheikh master-bath with over-sized walk in shower, double vanity and soaking tub.
Bedrooms two and three are on the lower level. The first features a queen bed and television and the second a Pyramid bunk that sleeps three guests with ease. Both rooms overlook the back yard and share that level with a full bathroom with laundry and the over-sized two car garage that will keep your vehicle safe and dry on winter nights. On those gorgeous summer days, cruise down to the lake on one of the bicycles provided!
All 1740 square feet of this home is packed with modern bells and whistles; sleeps 7-9 guests including the sleeper sofa in the living room. You won’t be disappointed after staying at this real Tahoe cabin!

Beautiful, comfortable & convenient!
We especially appreated both Stephanie the manager and the owner going above and beyond...the owner even brought us a new bike when one of the others got a flat! Stephanie was great to communicate with us throughout the COVID unknows and presented new cancellation policies for the us during the pandemic. She even went to the house after we left to retrieve a photo card for us. She mailed it back too! We will be back!

An excellent stay at this property. Communication with the property manager was clear and immediate. The home is beautiful and a great location. We enjoyed using the bicycles and snow toys provided by the owner. The place was completely modern with great amenities.
