OCCUPANCY: Up to 7 “Traditional” Ski Lease tenants or 4 “Full Time/Live-In” ski leasers
OPTION #1 – Pay the full term of the ski lease upfront (rent, utilities, security deposit insurance fee, snow removal, etc.) and a deposit equivalent to one months’ rent or slightly more depending on credit and approval of owner
OPTION #2 – Pay rent and utilities monthly, snow removal & security deposit insurance upfront and a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent.
VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)
COMMUNITY PARKING PASS: $15.00 for the season
BOOKING FEE: $100.00 for the season
UTILITY TRANSFER FEES: At the end of the lease, $25 for gas and $25 for electricity will be deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of restoring service in the owner’s name
GAS & ELECTRICITY: Tenant pays gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.
CABLE & INTERNET: Tenant reimburses owner for these services at a rate of $175/month
PETS: This home is NOT pet friendly per HOA
SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building
