“Hawks Haven”

This classic Tahoe abode features plenty of new updates while still preserving the rustic Tahoe feel of a cabin from the old days. Home sleeps up to 5 adults with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two floors.

Pulling up to the cabin you immediately see the old Tahoe Charm but, may note the rebuilt deck, gas grill and other useful amenities offered. The living area has been upgraded with new hickory hardwood flooring, a flat screen television with cable TV, WIFI and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is small but, includes all of the essentials: Oven with smooth-surface cooktop, countertop microwave, 12-cup coffee maker, toaster and top-freezer fridge.

The first of two bedrooms is located downstairs along with the first of two bathrooms. It has a king bed with brass frame and plush pillowtop mattress. The adjacent bathroom is small but bright and has a shower, sink and toilet. Up the stairs you’ll find a great area for the kiddos with a trundle bed (two twins) and a queen futon that folds out to sleep two. There’s a Jack-and-Jill bathroom before you enter the second bedroom so, it can easily be shared by guests sleeping in the upstairs bedroom or the loft. This bathroom has another 3/4 bath with shower. The back bedroom has a full/double bed and access to the backyard via a balcony set of stairs.

The cabin has parking for 2-3 vehicles and is pets negotiable with additional pet fee.

Maximum adult (age 16+) occupancy is 5. Maximum occupancy overall is 5 adults + 3 kids under age 16.
