Kitchen is fully stocked and has full-sized appliances plus all the smaller appliances one could ask for. There is also a second full bath on the main floor. Lastly, there’s a unique loft area with small desk for those who must work while away. The loft sleeps 2 with two neat twin beds. All this and just 1 mile from the lake or less than 5 miles from Northstar-at-California resort!

OCCUPANCY:  Up to 6 “Traditional” Ski Lease tenants or 5 “Full Time” ski leasers



OPTION #1Pay the full term of the ski lease upfront (rent, utilities, security deposit insurance fee, snow removal, etc.) and a deposit equivalent to one months’ rent or slightly more depending on credit and approval of owner

OPTION #2 – Pay rent and utilities monthly, snow removal & security deposit insurance upfront and a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent.


Tenant pays gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.

VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)
BOOKING FEE: $100.00
UTILITY TRANSFER FEES: At the end of the lease $25 for gas and $25 for electricity will be deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of restoring service in the owner’s name


PETS: This home and the condo complex is not pet friendly
SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building
