VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)

SNOW REMOVAL: Owner pays

PARKING:  One assigned parking space plus guest parking

UTILITIES FEES:  Tenant pays transfer fee for electricity at term of tenancy ($25)

ELECTRICITY: Tenant pays electricity directly to service provider. This utility must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.
