SECURITY DEPOSIT:

OPTION #1Pay the full term of the ski lease upfront (rent, utilities, security deposit insurance fee, snow removal, etc.) and a deposit equivalent to one months’ rent or slightly more depending on credit and approval of owner

OPTION #2 – Pay rent and utilities monthly, snow removal & security deposit insurance upfront and a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent.

 

ONE-TIME FEES:

SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE: $625 for the season (estimated cost based on last year’s pricing)

VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $39.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)

BOOKING FEE: $150.00

UTILITIES
GAS & ELECTRICITY: Tenant pays gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.

TRASH: $30.00 per month (2 cans per week)

CABLE & INTERNET: $155/month

UTILITY TRANSFER FEES: At the end of the lease $25 for gas and $25 for electricity will be deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of restoring service in the owner’s name

OTHER TERMS
