This upper Kings Beach/Tahoe Vista home is unlike any other in the area! Home has 4 bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms plus a large bonus room with pool table! Off of the living room, there’s a wet bar area, the 4th bedroom with Queen bed and Streaming TV, and a 4th full bathroom.

The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of cabinets plus a double oven, built-in gas range, new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor and tile counter tops. The dining room is just off of the kitchen and has table seating for six plus three more bellied up at the kitchen bar. If you head through the dining room and out the back stairs, you’ll come to the bonus room! Large 2 room area has a full size pool table and other games for you to enjoy! This room also has a mounted TV and bistro table.  Hot tub and pinball machine are presently NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.
