Comfortable and cozy family home located in upper Tahoe Vista near the cross-county skiing area at the North Tahoe Regional Park. Easy drive down to the lake or to any of the north shore’s ski resorts. 

Vaulted ceilings, large windows and new flooring in the living room allow for a great deal of natural light and make the space feel open and inviting. The large woodstove provides a warm cozy ambiance when in use. Home amenities also include keyless entry, a full kitchen with new gas stove, wireless internet with broadband service and SMART TV with streaming capabilities plus basic expanded cable.

Home has three bedrooms and a loft for additional sleeping. All beds are queens, including the loft. The primary bedroom is in the back corner of the house and has a TV with cable, peek-a-view of the lake and en-suite bathroom that’s been recently remodeled. The second bedroom is in the middle of the hall downstairs and has a view of the back yard. Bedroom number three is near the shared bathroom (also recently remodeled) and closest to the kitchen. 

The loft stairs are in front of the kitchen and separate it from the living area. The loft is simple and just has one queen bed and two custom bookshelves filled with books of all type.

Parking for up to 3 vehicles on the paved, flat driveway. Close to many ski resorts and favorite beaches, shops and restaurants! Pets are welcome!

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

1. Parking for 3 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
2. 4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months. Access to the neighborhood is steep incline. 
3. The property has a metal roof from which snow & ice can slide causing injury or death to those below. Children should never be allowed to play unsupervised outside when snow loads exist on the roof. People should never walk under the eaves of the property when snow load is present on the roof.
4. 4th Sleeping area is a loft that overlooks the living room.
5. Advertised “Rent” Rate includes snowplow service, housekeeping and all utilities except NATURAL GAS & ELECTRICITY. See Agent for specifics.
