SNOW REMOVAL: Driveway snowplow services are estimated and limited to contract terms. The actual cost may be adjusted when the plow contract is on file for the season. Snow removal (shoveling) required to gain access to the rental (via walkways, stairs, etc.) must be maintained by the Tenant.
