TERMS & CONSIDERATIONS:
NO PETS: This home does not allow pets of any kind.
SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building
RENTERS INSURANCE: Tenant is required to carry Renter’s Insurance for entire term.
HOUSEKEEPING: Monthly housekeeping services included (2 hours per month)
SNOW REMOVAL: Driveway snowplow services are estimated and limited to contract terms. The actual cost may be adjusted when the plow contract is on file for the season. Snow removal (shoveling) required to gain access to the rental (via walkways, stairs, etc.) must be maintained by the Tenant.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Parking may be limited to 1-2 vehicles depending on snow loads.

The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite and its attached bathroom with shower take up the entire top level and overlook the living space below. This bedroom is over sized and features a plush, new King bed. There’s also a television and dedicated work desk in this bright and airy suite. The additional bedrooms are downstairs and share a full bath with tub/shower. Each of these two cozy rooms have a queen bed and dressers for storing your things as well plump sitting chairs.
One of Tahoe’s best restaurants, Garwoods (known for its wet Woody’s) is just a couple of minutes away along with, a supermarket, local shops, casinos and night life.
