This Classic Mid Century Tahoe A-frame cabin is conveniently located in one of North Shore’s most charming neighborhoods, Agate Bay. It sits adjacent to forest land creating a beautiful backdrop and is only a few blocks from the lake.
While still retaining its original charm and character with exposed wood beam pine vaulted ceilings, large picturesque windows allowing for plenty of natural light, a wood burning rock fireplace, and an outside deck for entertaining, it also has modern day amenities and updates including stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a brand new washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms, each appointed with new queen beds, and a full bathroom that are located on the main floor along with the kitchen and an open living area where you will find comfortable and stylish newer furniture to relax in by the fire while viewing the snow capped trees.
One of Tahoe’s best restaurants Garwoods – known for its wet Woody’s and great food is just a couple of minutes away along with, a super market, local shops, peewee golf and ski resorts. This cozy cabin will be the perfect setting to make unforgettable memories! Bring your skis and enjoy the snow!!

What is a “Traditional Tenant” vs a “Full-Time Tenant”?
- A traditional ski lease tenant is a person or group who will not be residing solely in the unit for the winter. They have a primary residence elsewhere and will be travelling back and forth to that you home throughout the ski lease term.
- A full-time tenant is a person or group that is using the home as their primary residence for the duration of the ski lease term. Area workers and locals would be an example of this type of tenant.
OCCUPANCY: Up to 4 “Traditional” Ski Lease tenants
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Equal to one (1) month’s rent + $1,000 with entire term of ski lease is paid upfront
SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE: $625 for the season (estimated cost based on last season pricing). Tenant to handle snow removal for decks, walkways, gas meters.
BOOKING FEE: $150.00
VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: $59.95 (one-time fee for $3,000 in coverage)
UTILITY TRANSFER FEES: Tenant reimburses owner for utility transfer fees billed to them at the end of the term. $50 due from tenant at move in to cover this cost in advance.
GAS & ELECTRICITY: Tenant pays gas and electricity directly to service provider. Those utilities must be set up prior to commencement of ski lease or keys shall not be issued.
INTERNET: Tenant to reimburse Owner for services. Estimated monthly cost is $80.00
TRASH: Tenant to reimburse Owner for services. Monthly cost for a single can rate is $25.00 per month.
CABLE: None currently
HOUSEKEEPING: Bi-weekly housekeeping required. $100/month.
PETS: This home is NOT pet friendly.
SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building
