This Classic Mid-Century Tahoe cabin is conveniently located in one of the North Shore’s most charming neighborhoods, Agate Bay. It sits adjacent to conservancy forest land which conveys a beautiful backdrop of solitude in nature, yet it is only a few blocks walk from the lake and Carnelian Bay shops. Filtered lake views from the spacious deck. Home still retains its original charm and character with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings, large, picturesque windows allowing for plenty of natural light and a wood burning rock fireplace. It also has modern day amenities and updates including stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a new washer and dryer, high speed internet and two smart TVs.

On the main floor of the cabin, you will find the kitchen and an open living area furnished with comfortable and stylish newer furniture – perfect for relaxing while viewing the snowcapped trees or natural beauty of the surrounding forest on a wintery day. If you prefer, you can head out on the large deck and view some of Tahoe’s wildlife in their natural habitat. It’s certainly a unique experience to be able to enjoy these close encounters with such peace of mind since access to the elevated deck is equipped with Bear Deterrent Wires.  

The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite and its attached bathroom with shower take up the entire top level and overlook the living space below. This bedroom is over sized and features a plush, new King bed. There’s also a SMART television and dedicated work desk in this bright and airy suite. The additional bedrooms are downstairs and share a full bath with tub/shower. Each of these two cozy rooms have a queen bed and dressers for storing your things as well plump sitting chairs.
One of Tahoe’s best restaurants, Garwoods (known for its wet Woody’s) is just a couple of minutes away along with, a supermarket, local shops, casinos and night life.

Bring your skis and enjoy the snow! Easy access and great location to Tahoe Palisades, Northstar Ski Resort, Mt. Rose and Homewood!

Monthly Rate Listed is for a 4-month term beginning in early January 2025.

1. Advertised Monthly Rate includes snowplow service, housekeeping and all utilities except NATURAL GAS & ELECTRICITY. See Agent for specifics.
2. Parking for 2 or maybe 3 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
4. The cabin is equipped with electrified bear wires that must be turned on when the house is empty.

Rate includes monthly housekeeping service (2 hours), driveway snowplow service, internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.

• 6 months $4,800/month (flexible payment terms)
• 5 months $5,000/month
• 4 months $5,200/month (cannot start before January)
