This West Shore charmer has 3 bedrooms and 2 recently updated bathrooms plus a large deck and NEW private hot tub!

Enjoy king beds in both of the upstairs bedrooms and patio access directly to the hot tub in the downstairs bedroom that has a full/double bed. Home features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy wood stove, wireless high speed internet, expanded cable on the 2 TVs including the new, Streaming TV in the living room.  There is also a sleeper sofa pullout and a single twin bed in the living room for some overflow sleeping. Sleeps up to 8 adults.

There is also a large deck overlooking forested landscape which has a private hot tub. Washer & dryer in lower bathroom too. Pets are negotiable (see Agent for specifics and restrictions). Plenty of parking for 4-6 vehicles. Home is equipped with an electric bear deterrent system.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

1. Advertised “Rent” Rate includes monthly housekeeping and all utilities EXCEPT SNOW PLOW SERVICE, NATURAL GAS & ELECTRICITY. 
2. Deposit is equal to One Month’s Rent with Ski Lease Term Paid in Full in Advance.
3. Parking for 4-6 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
5. Dogs considered with additional monthly fee. See Agent for restrictions & details.
6. Renter’s Insurance required for duration of Ski lease term.
7. Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed. Tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost of pro-rated seasonal service.

RATES

Rates below include 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, bi-monthly spa service, spa dump & scrub at lease end, keyless entry technology, internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.

• 6 months $4,575/month 
• 5 months $4,650/month (Must start before January 2026)
• 4 months $4,775/month (Cannot start before January 2026)
