Family-owned for generations, this classic Tahoe cabin has been tastefully updated with modern conveniences while preserving its original charm.


Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps 4–6

  • Bedroom #1 (Downstairs): 1 Queen bed (new memory foam), closet, and unitized washer/dryer

  • Loft: 2 Twin beds (accessed via pull-down aluminum attic ladder)

  • Living Area: 1 Queen-sized luxury self-inflating AeroBed


Interior Features

  • Bright and open living area with large windows, wood stove/fireplace, cable TV, and ROKU streaming

  • Fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and breakfast bar for 2

  • Dining area for 4 with classic wood stove nearby

  • One bathroom with oversized shower, toilet, and sink


Exterior & Location

  • Large yard perfect for snow play

  • Parking for 1–2 vehicles in a flat, paved driveway

  • Short 3-minute walk to public beach

  • Close proximity to major ski resorts


Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Rent includes: internet, cable TV, water/sewer, trash service, parking

  • Excludes: Natural gas, electricity, snow removal

  • Security Deposit:

    • 1 Month’s Rent if full term paid in advance

    • 2 Month’s Rent if paying monthly (additional services must be prepaid)

  • Renter’s Insurance Required

  • Driveway snow removal is tenant’s responsibility

  • AWD/4WD vehicle strongly recommended in winter

  • No cats; dogs considered

  • Firewood not provided

  • Loft access via retractable ladder

  • Monthly mid-stay housekeeping optional (tenant expense)


Rental Rates

  • 6-month Lease: $2,635/month
    Must begin by November 1, 2025 – flexible payment options available

  • 5-month Lease: $2,795/month
    Must begin by December 1, 2025 – full lease term due upfront
