Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Lease Includes:
    ✔ Water/Sewer
    ✔ Trash (2 cans per week)
    ✔ Internet & Cable TV
    ✔ Monthly Housekeeping (2 hours per month)
    ✔ Keyless Entry
  • Tenant Responsible For:
    ✘ Snow Plow Service (Owner will arrange; tenant reimburses pro-rated cost)
    ✘ Natural Gas & Electricity
    ✘ Renter’s Insurance
    ✘ Pet Fee (if applicable; dogs considered with approval)
  • Security Deposit:

    • 1 Month’s Rent if full term paid in advance

    • 2 Month’s Rent if paying monthly (additional services must be prepaid)

  • AWD/4WD vehicle strongly recommended in winter

Rental Rates

  • 6-month Lease: $3,550/month
    Must begin by November 1, 2025 – flexible payment options available

  • 5-month Lease: $3,650/month
    Must begin by December 1, 2025 – full lease term due upfront

  • 4-month Lease: $3,850/month
    Must begin by January 3, 2026 – full lease term due upfront
