POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

1. Advertised “Rent” Rate includes housekeeping and all utilities EXCEPT SNOW PLOW SERVICE, NATURAL GAS & ELECTRICITY. 
2. Deposit is equal to One Month’s Rent.
3. Parking for 2 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. Single bathroom home.
5. Single level home but, must climb 3 stairs to get in through the front door.
6. AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
7. Renter’s Insurance required for the duration of the ski lease term.

RATES

Rate includes 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, keyless entry technology, cable television, internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.

• 8 month $3,250/ month (Must Start in November 2025 )
• 7 months $3,325/ month (Must start by October 1st. 2025)
• 6 months $3,450/ month (Must start by January 2026)
• 5 months $3,775/ month (cannot start after January 2026)
• 4 months $4,000/month (cannot start before January 2026)
